The 2006 American Public Works Association (APWA) North American Snow Conference was held April 30th to May 3rd in Peoria, Illinois. The Conference included general and targeted sessions, roundtables and manufacturer/supplier exhibits.
The Conference featured Change Track sessions, which were coordinated to address some of the barriers to change that organizations face and ideas for overcoming them.
Another first was exhibits that included heavy equipment and motorized vehicles.
During the Conference I was able to interview a few of the exhibitors about the products they had on display. The companies I interviewed were:
