St. Louis had an early introduction to winter this year. On November 30th and December 1st, mother nature threw her best at us. Since this storm was in my backyard and I got to see it first hand, I thought it would be interesting to learn how Missouri DOT attacked it.

Owen Hasson is the Missouri DOT District 6 Maintenance Superintendent. After he had a chance to catch up a little after the storm, I talked with him at the MODOT District 6 Office to get his take on the storm.
