Dr. Shi is the Program Manager for Winter Maintenance and Effects at the Western Transportation Institute at Montana State University.
At the TRB Annual Meeting in January of 2007, Dr. Shi presented a research report entitled “Fixed Automated Spray Technology for Winter Maintenance: The State of the Practice in North America“.
